It's like a thing for new players and old players who suck at PK, to help them learn.
It's more HP and some bonus, ask the imms. From your situation, it appears to me that you need it.
After reading the help, it appears that journeyman cannot apply to Qthings. But it doesn't say about Qthings. If you are really struggling with your lich, they asking the imms on prayer. The worst they can say is no. Also, log off. It's your wife birthday... go do something together.
