Since your constitution decreases with death why do we not have a way to train your stats back up outside a cabal? Everyone is talking about getting into a cabal being the norm, well, it is, because there are certain perks that you can get in a cabal. If we added some ways for people to get the benefits of a cabal I think you would see more non-cabaled characters. I am not talking about skills mind you but the other benefits. I am sure most of you catch my drift.
Just a thought.
I really have no idea what you are talking about. Do you mean that caballed characters can train their con back up when they lose it due to deaths?
You should check your cabal services more Foxx
Who cares about con? I'm down to one digit
Err...considering that con affects your hp regen...
You should check your cabal services more Foxx
I know that cabals offer a service which allows you to train your stats for CPs, but I never knew you can train your con BACK after you lost it due to deaths.
You can, but it doesn't impact your number of lives or nothing.
yeah, just miscommunicating about con:
you can train your CONstitution back
you can't train your CONdition back
I think what HR is saying is that non-cabaled people could train con back up and regain lives I think. Interresting idea, Cabal- more power but shorter life. noncaballed- less power but longer life.
You'd have to put some type of limit on it so that someone couldn't have infinite lives. I'd say making it so that you can use your trains would be alright but not balanced. Giants will get screwed over as will melees who use trains for hp. Clerics who don't need as much hp will have even longer lives...
If that's not what he's saying... then non caballed already can but you have to spend a training point on it.
con = constitution
con == condition
Ask any geek.
I think where we get confused at FL is the term "condeath".
And no, if you want to extend the number of lives you have, put an app in for a condition quest just like everyone else. These should be rare. 61 lives is alot, few people run out anyway. I am COMPLETELY against an automated way for people to get more than 61 lives. And people who do not use their extra trains at lvl 50 for something are morons. You think clerics can't use the extra hp? Or mana? (depending on race, almost always mana is a better choice). If you are sitting there with a bunch of potential +hp or +mana or +moves and not taking full advantage of it...than you deserve to die. I have won plenty of fights where I had less than 30 hp left, or died when I know my opponent had about the same ammount left. Or known that if I had enough mana for one more spell I could have won. There is no way you can tell me that there is some class that does not need to use those trains.

Yeah, that's what I mean. I never knew that... interesting. Now that this is clear to me, I agree with the original suggestion.
Talking about constitution not condition. CON, as in the stat, does effect HP regen but only cabaled chars can fix it. I don't think that is right. We could have a Meta shop where a trainer buffs you up for gold. I also think that we should look into ways to reinforce, bless and bind equipment for gold. I would suggest outrageous sums but it would give some more meaning to gold and shorten the gap between the cabaled and the non-cabaled.
You mean...make gold worth acquiring? What a concept...
Ummmmm...
- Strength determines how much you can carry and how hard you hit
and has small impact on resistance to afflictive magics.
- Intelligence determines how much you can learn with one practice,
how quickly your learn skills from their use, as well as how much
mana you gain per level. High intelligence grants bonus to resist
mental spells.
- Wisdom determines how many practices you gain per level, how quickly
you learn skills from their use, and also aids in mana gain.
It also plays a large part in helping you spot and defuse traps.
- Dexterity determines how well you fight and evade attacks and plays
a part in how well some skills work.

Perhaps Kurvikhel would be easier on you Masokant if you got your CON out of the crapper?
I'd guess that Masokant doesn't really need to regen HP normally very often.

Between fights with kurv, I do. But anyway, I checked the cost for the cabal service to increase stats. **** that
Negative when I had my recent knight it didn't cost that much to raise my con back to full.
My guess is that Masokant is just a cheap ****er.
