Why not make a set of decent eq that is class dependant that you can buy from your guildmaster as like... a basic set of eq to help yourself re-equip in. Not like uber itamz or anything but just basic but decent equipment you can buy to help yourself re-equip. Make it like 5k a pop or something. I don't know... sounded like it might help out.
Class items.
Basic re-equipping for ANY class takes like 15 minutes anyway... I would prefer to do that instead of wasting gold.
Re-equipping should go like this:
Stash
Retrieve item (repeat as needed)
Walk away
Now, this might not work after a tribbie gets you (outlawed), but a little forethought will have you decked in non-rare items in 5 seconds, never even unghosting for the other encounters.
You spend most of your lower ranks in non-rare eq that did well enough so instead of sac'ing it all, stash it like the little pack rat you are! 
Man, are you people this lazy? Get a full suit of non rare gear, set with consumables and all, and BUY A LOCKER. those things are amazing. hell, from one recall you can re equip in the time it takes to move 2 rooms.
I think it would be a good feature for newbs since they may not know what the hell they need yet. Think about the little people.

Yes, others already have ways to go way beyond that, through lockers or stashes. Then you dont have to use it or spend the gold, but it would be neat to have for the newer players.
You could even have the trainers dole out sets for some cash, so each guild doesnt need to.
