The Mileu is actually a different area than the city. You just get to it through the city. It's sort of like the U.N. is inside New York City, but it's international territory.

Milieu is not a part of Rheydin, try with whe citymob to see where the borders are (Mulao for example) or just type l sky.

Its a balance issue. Thats the main sorce of sanction at pinnacle. Plain and simple.
If you want to take that away because its in a 'semi-tribunal area.' then by that logic EVERYTIME a tribunal should step outside of the city they should be attacked by every mob they walk past.
They should be hunted by ALL of gaia. They are the enemy of Gaia and all of her servants would rebel against that.

There are consumables for armor, shield, stone skin, protection, and a ton of other spells that I won't list. So they get sanctuary, which is a big help yes. But they also take up a rare slot while holding it. Which means one more item out there for someone else to grab.

One of the advantages of fighting a warrior is knowing that his santuary is awful and will fall with ease.
The glimmering white staff is extremely useful for most classes. High level sanctuary, plenty of charges, affects the whole group and anyone can use it. With some chars, I'd have two or three in my inventory. Beats the hell out of most rares.

So will his flight, Virtuous light, and other such things. Besides, if he is wearing nodisarm weapons and did not chose a certain weapon lore, he's going to have to remove them in order to use that item.

And considering how few people seem to think that warriors are a great class to play these days because of eq problems, I don't think that we should add to their troubles by making it even HARDER for them to stay alive.

Incorrect. You can sheath nodisarm weapons.
If you do not have doublesheath you cannot sheath nodisarm weapons while wearing two one-handed weapons or a two handed weapon. SO, if a warrior is wearing a noremove twohanded weapon and he wants to sanc himself, he needs to either eat, quaff, smoke, or remove all his weapons and then brandish, recite.
Well its not like its hard to drop noremove weapons..
