Remainder practices

Fairly simple...leftover practices at 50 turned into their hp/mana/mv equivalents if you want. If you have 9 practices left, you would enter a slightly different command to a trainer, and it will turn it into 9 hp.

Huh...

You know, that's a surpisingly simple yet beneficial change that I can agree with. Perhaps even have the mana and move still be doubled.

Or perhaps you could quest more so that you can get more practices to fill the gap.

Or plan ahead and spend less practices.

gaining new skills dont stop right at 50 so i try to save some pracs.

I always save practices as well. At least 10 depending on what character it is with. And Mya, not everyone is so brilliant at Forsaken Lands as you are and knows every single quest like you do.

Yep, I tend to save some too for the eventual lost con points and skillz

I dont know every quest.

Took me 2 years to figure the bow thing. And i dont even know half of the original 70 that existed when i joined.

But guess what, im always exploring and trying to solve quests.

Its a question of an investiment. You invest some time on questing and every character benefits from its knolage.

Its like training from 1 prac. The potencial is there, but its up to the individual to chose if they wish to invest the time to achive the benefit.

Of course the benefit from quests is more demanding, but they are fun.

Investment is a good choice of words to describe the process of improving a character. You get only what you put in. Nothing is free. I remember an old-timer saying, "Do your homework, and you will improve. Expect it on a silver platter, and you will get nowhere." Good advice.

On topic, it's always good to save a handful of practices. You never know when you might need them.

What use are seven or eight pracs at pinn for a non cabal though?

Heh. You work so close and get shafted by two or three -laughs-

But I agree good investment is key.
