New Race: High Elves

The continent they live on is all done up. 13 new areas, mapped, yadda yadda yadda. So

don't concern yourselves. This is just about a new race.

I'd rather see wood-elf as the neutral elf race.

"High" could be replaced with anything and the whole RP backstory would still fit.

High, Wood, Sea, Wild, True, Valley, Sylvan, ect.

Liches are not a new race, they are a new race class, it's a total conversion, so no, they couldn't have been a restring. The difference between adding a new race as opposed to adding a new class is the benifit from work to rewards. Adding a new race you still have to go through and balance everything, change affects, etc. But in the end, wether your fighting a drow ninja or an avian ninja, you know their bag of tricks are the same. Maybe you will have to change your fighting style up a little bit, and maybe they will aswell, but in the end it comes down to more about class than it does more about race. Yes, I know certain races make the best of a certain class, and that many of you still think X race is over powered, but give it a month and it'll Y warriors that are better than X warriors. Adding a new class is a very large change, adding a new race is not really, and thats why we have restrings, so you can have your high elf, and Brsingr can have is dragovinians(or however it's spelled), because really what is the difference, besides story, between a half-elf and a high elf?
