I have been playing FL for a very long time, and I love the game...alot, but recently...its a whole lot less fun, there are less players logged...and no one is playing anything but either lawfuls...or chaotics who act lawful...for some weird reason. Tribunal is overpowered by amazing amazing amazing porportions, and you know what is worst? The post will be locked if I try to explain why. We are told we need to run from goodie tribs as goodies, but they have TWO skills which make that impossible. NOT TRUE
They can find you, guaranteed, anywhere in the game. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE
Their pet bashes abserdly and has abserd amounts of hp. NOT TRUE...they are actually weaker than Justice Hounds.
You can't run from them, but they can run from you. This can happen in normal PK and frequently does.
Make outlaw, which can happen for sending notes now, you get A) Full Looted Everytime you are caught and
Lose all your **** in your lockers. NOT TRUE...Tribunal has the option to full loot you. Justice was required to full loot outlaws.
They can't be beaten. Some of the lesser skilled ones can be, but not most. Really? Watched Sirican kill Martineius yesterday.
Tribunals SHOULD be overpowered, but the vets of the game...rolling combos TO kill them, and even ganging, and STILL finding themselves unable to SCRATCH certain Tribunals? That's crazy. NOT TRUE...see last comment. Mashik and others frequently made Tribunals flee or took them to low hp.
Here are my ideas for fixing them.
Give Tribunal armies, their skills don't work outside Tribunal controlled areas at all. They want to conquer the world? Make them actually do it. SORRY, THEY AREN'T OUT TO RULE THE WORLD. NO ARMIES. YOU WANT THE ABILITY TO COME IN THEIR AREA AND BREAK THEIR RULES AND EXPECT THEM NOT TO CHASE? I GUESS WE SHOULD ONLY MAKE OTHER CABAL POWERS WORK IN THEIR AREAS. I'D HATE FOR SOMEONE TO CHASE THE PERSON THAT ATTACKED THEIR CABAL GUARD AND USE THEIR POWERS. THAT'D BE OVERPOWERED. ![]()

Have a skill that spawns a mob, which follows and guards you from leaving. The guard has around 1000 hp, and when you kill him, you can leave. EDITED FOR CABAL SKILL INFO
Take blood guards away from Council Tribunals. They aren't the ones whose rp is to be out there catching criminals, why would they have the same kind of entailment? NOT TRUE...any Tribunal can chase and capture any criminal. Their roles are defined by their cabal IMM.
Make it so Outlaw is nothing more than an unlimited wanted. It never wears off, but doesn't last past execution/capture. Exile is like current outlaw, and is reserved for more harsh situations. OUTLAW IS UNCHANGED FROM WHAT IT'S ALWAYS BEEN.
I don't know what else to say. Tribunal is very, very, very, very, very overpowered. People are quitting playing. I am sure, if you type who every once and a while, you'll notice. No one wants to spend 100+ hours on a char to be the bitch of every tribunal who happens to log. NOT TRUE UNLESS YOU COME FOR UNABRIDGED HACK AND SLASH AND NO ONE TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO. ACCEPT THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR RP.
