Well, it is pretty simple to powerrank to about 15. Make it so that the limit for description is 30. Then you won't have as many tells, and you can periodically check up on them when you feel like it.
If it was changed to lvl 30 for a description check, you'd have even more problems than if it stayed at 15. You'd have lvl 30 qrace/class wannabe's sitting at 30, and a bunch of newbie players coming up and just realizing at lvl 30 they need a description. You'd have a LOT of those newer players leaving because half the time the lvl 30's that are waiting on those things don't talk or seem to RP for longer than 10 seconds, and players seeing that this game has both RP AND PK, they expect to see both, not just one side of it. To be honest, I've sat and tried to figure out some lvl 30 sitters RP and how they went about things, but I mostly just saw a lot of PK come from them. And for the most part they never did get the qrace/class they wanted because of them lacking any RP, or at least severely lacking in that department. Then I've seen people who PK three people and their RP solid (without even really having to discuss it) get it within a week or two. And granted that was all a bit side tracked from the original post and all and even a bit side tracked from what Morathi said to begin with, but that's the way I'd see things going if the description check were moved to lvl 30. At lvl 15 you can master things, PK, hold rares, and be full looted if you're killed. At 30 if you use the old score sheet, you get the last of all the information you'll need that the new score sheet shows from lvl 1. It's practically pointless basically.
Nope. The whole point of having a description early is so you can flesh out your character and get your RP rolling. Waiting to 30 makes no sense.
