Could it be done so, that redirecting attacks from A to B could be done with command "murder " in PK and why not PvE too? (Instead of "kill "?)
I'm just too lazy to make alias "kill " for mid-combat usage. :search:

I vote it stay the way it is. Having to re-aim on a target after rescue SHOULD make you do something "unique" instead of just spam your murder alias....

Rescuing while your opponent is not blind? Meh. Rescued one gets lagged, the assailant just types "kill egreir" again without lag. I have no issues with that if you're willing to lag yourself.
The annoyance comes from a aspect as a certain class gets a free automatic rescue usually after one round of combat without any message to the attacker. You only see it from whom you're attacking - from your blows or after the round has ended.
Anyway,
Why complicate stuff? Saders certain lag skill auto-directs your attacks to your victim instantly without need to re-aim or do anything "unique."
Kill / Murder ? You need to spell out MURDA if you want to harm other players :D
Your first line is under the assumption the person who has to re-aim isn't already lagged. Good rescues are all about timing. Waiting until they've been bashed/tripped or inputted a 2-round lag skill/spell.
Who gets a free rescue and who doesn't get a message..?

If not, well I guess I'll just add another hotkey for kill @target. No biggie.
Whatever we have to do to make people have to use their brains more in PK, I'm all for it. Even if its as simple as having to use murder to do one thing and hit/kill to do another.

I'm all for it. I'd be for only allowing connections through telnet and no using clients with triggers and aliases, etc.
