Though I wonder what happens if the jail guard is already dead, then the captured escape from jail before the trib can confiscate. Would seem like a free life insurance by going after the jail guardian first.

I Remember when they allowed DK's in tribunal to feed their malforms uppon capture. Some guy had a buddy and killed the prision guard. So everytime I capured him he would just leave, and I would capture him again. And this was before the same person malform block thing change.
So I would feed everytime I captured him. Those were quite a few easy levels. :D

No. Confiscate replaced the auto loot from bags on capture.
I like this, one of the few reasons I haven't tried to go Tribunal was even if I did manage to PK someone I couldn't try out pieces of armor I wanted because I couldn't choose what to loot. No downside to it from what I can see, I mean they have to defeat you to capture you. If any other cabal captured you they could take everything, Trib still has a limit.
