Plague

I would like to see plague that is spread from walking/running past mobs be from the person who has it and spread it not from the person who gave it. Caused me to get damned and that really fouls up my RP line(although it opens up a new line as well) and pretty much says bye-bye to 2 skills that I have. Now I know it's a dangerous thing, and it'll probably be worse since plague lands on me with ease and as much running away during fights as I do it'll make it worse as it spreads. Or perhaps when it spreads to mobs have it really low duration and not much damage done to them. I don't know, just don't like being damned, it really sucks.

You mean it should be from the caster of the plague not the person afflicted by it? I was under the impression this is how it was..

I was damned somehow after a fight. I used insect swarm but don't think it landed and was using diseased arrows. I was walking along looking to continue said fight when I got a notificated that the gods frowned on me and was damned for however long. I didn't kill any good mobs so I can only assume it was spread by the person I was fighting and since I'm the one that used a skill that gave it(it wasn't cast on me) I'm the one that got the consequences. Which means I can't fight near good aligned mobs or can't use those two skills since damnation really screws up my character.

Using disease as a goodie has its drawbacks.

I feel like this is newer.. I remember using disease arrows on my own goodie archer and didn't experience this at all. But that was when archery was first introduced.

It's opened a new avenue for some RP(if more goodies were around more often) so it's all good. Still wish it was changed cause it makes two skills useless for me personally....and any good-aligned ranger to be honest. Unless you are ridiculous careful where you fight and hope they just don't run by something with low HP or your charmies get hurt in the fight and catch the disease, then die.(which is what I think happened to me)

Anyway, its a learning experience.

PK actions have RP consequences. Who in their right mind would use a lethal disease that propagates like wildfire as a weapon.

The moment any good plagues you, you ran to the ooze and pass it on to the sapling. No more recall for him.
