So as I was reading scripture recently, I happened across a word that inspired a new skill Idea for all priestly characters.
Skill - Tabernacle
Syntax: Tabernacle "object"
In order to erect the tabernacle the cleric must make a sacrifice to their god to sanctify the land they wish to build upon. The tabernacle will only stand as long as the priest stands within it. The tent vanishes if the priest leaves the immediate area. While inside the tabernacle the priest and any who follow the priest will find that their minds and bodies heal faster. The priest will also find it far less draining to commune its prayers.
I suggest a very long cool down timer. This is not intended as a skill that should aid the priests in PK. It should be a utilitarian skill intended to make training, and hunting easier. I think it would be fitting if create food for instance, created a feast, conjuring 3-4 food stuffs as opposed to one for instance.
The required "objects" for these tabernacles could be sold in a shop for some religions, perhaps "charmed" followers may be required as sacrifice for other religions. To keep players from abusing this skill in any way the sacrificial objects should either be fairly expensive 3-5 thousand gold, and/or should be considered rare.
What do you think?
