Guard

I have never had trouble with: Druids, Rangers, Battlemages or any of my qclasses in dealing with the blood guards.

You are not an average player. You should not have trouble with anything other than above average players.

Picture this if you will:

A giant mammoth jumps in front of you - you flinch and don't attack... Because its a mammoth.. and at least six tonnes of BRUTE jumping at your ass.

Miss 1 attack.

You don't miss 1 attack. You lost an entire round of combat. It disappeared. You just take hits. Why would a huge mammoth frighten you into not attacking yet all the other mythical beasts or terrifying monsters are something you don't even think twice about engaging in the off chance you can get a nice helmet.

Honestly, this is not because I have trouble with blood guards or rangers. I am only making the case that this is something I feel has never made sense in the game. Even while playing a powerful tribunal that took huge advantage of this (twice). I even said it won't likely change anything in the end.

To me, this is all about aesthetics. If people are worried about changing the balance, I suggested increasing the HP of said mobs though I don't think it's necessary.

Honestly at this point it seems I am alone in this. Which is totally fine. I only thought it was something worth having a conversation about.

More head aches for mages.
