Kyzarius
As a home owner I just have to share...that the worse thing to find in your house is a large puddle of water innocently sitting in the garage. Seems like our main line has gotten backed up with a clog, dumping any thing that pours any significant amount of water down the drains back into our utility room. Lucky for us I siliconed the floor all around the room since washer, AC, water heater and the lowest drain in the house are all in that one utility room...so our basement "cave" (computer room) was spared... oh well, thus is life feel free to share you home/apartment disasters to help my wife and I get through our night of no toiletry... I just have to add...HURRAY for SHOP VAC. That was a year ago. Im kind of fond of it now. So I guess the moral of the story your wife can get out of it is...atleast your more reliable then some "maintinence man" It could be worse you could have a puddle everyday for a year! elfdude
I just moved into a new house and none of the phone wires work in the house. We got linebacker but it takes 30 days to kick in so right now I have my dsl and phone lines running to the phone box outside, which just happens to work.... hmm.. Dizz
Last year, both of my tubs developed a crack in the bottom. We rebuilt and rearranged one bathroom to fit a standard tub in a mobile home space. (4' standard MH vs. 5' house). We had to switch off tubs to use while we repaired the other one. The second tub is still sitting there cracked and filled with dirt as a winter turtle habitat. :/
