Chayesh
Chayesh is right. It wasn't built from scratch. It's still got all of the garbage from the older versions. In a perfect world, it would've been built from scratch. But it wasn't. The quote I like from C-Net's review of it was "Windows Vista is basically a warmed-over version of Windows XP SP2." EyeSeeU
Rumor has it that FFXIII might be multi-platform. Keep your eyes open. Interesting, because Playstation, if smart, would do EVERYTHING in their power to keep the FF series exclusive. But, Bill Gates has all the money. And if he knows, I'm sure he does, how big the FF series is, he'll be pulling all the stops as well. Anyone else waitng for Saboteur?! SABOTEUR FTW!!!! I fell in love with that one after the trailers I seen.

Raargant
post 3dmark benchmark scores. Ok, 3dmark06 benchmark score, on a 1680 x 1050 resolution, with no anti-aliasing and optimal filtering, is 10490 based on the test I ran. SM2.0 FPS averaged at 36 FPS, SM3.0/HDR score averaged at 43 FPS. Not too bad at all.
Raargant
Re-benched on default settings, got a score of 11280. Average FPS was 38 on SM2.0, and 48 on SM3.0/HDR.
