'tarako
'I kinda just felt like posting this. It'll probably sink to the depths of forum waste of space post but oh well. Here's what I want to do. I want to pinn a char. I've heard that once you pinn its easier to do it the next time. I would enjoy being able to get killed in rank 50 pk. that would be awesome. i would condie my char. Prob because i would be naked most of the time but oh well. I want to visit winter and gear and the other places ive heard of but never been to because ive never been pinned and so im not strong enough to go there. I know this probably sounds stupid but i actually like the process of training all of my chars skills and spells to max at around rank 20, then continue on from there. Ok. thats all. just felt like getting that off my chest.
Tantangel
Some classes need to train at those low lvls, otherwise it makes it harder to train later on. Otherwise training later on always is much faster to master things. Also with guild quests, you can pinn a character in apparently less than 20 hours now, just make sure you stop at a certain point (higher than lvl 20) to train and master what you need. Guest emp_newb
Yea, if you want a pretty easy to equip, level, and survive while still learning to pk at 50, feral ranger, any of the paths really since it will be a char you learn with. Aulian
Yeah he did. He isnt very bright but we still keep him around to... Actually why do we keep him around? On a side note a ranger is a very nice class to learn with. Any race really. Just remember taking things SLOW is the key. I would actually suggest halfling because they have no real vuln besides size.
Grumpy
Yeh thats right, if you want to pinn fast, make a neutral/evil that are good at killing mobs (mostly melee/hybrids) and pinn on the quests. My current, took me 20 hours to get to mid thirties through hunting (I also trained a little) and around 10~15 more to get to pinn from there through quests. good luck with ya new project and stay well away from TDP. TheNewGuy
Make a paladin. Rank through hunting. Even if you only stop to train defences, you will have a decently trained char when you pinn. Solid starting char. Plus, PK "immunity" to 1/10 of the p-base (only Dey plays goodies ).
