Grumpy
Since the props forum now requires moderation, is it still possible for people to know who the poster is?
Tantangel
Chances are, probably, but chances of people actually finding out would probably be harder. Not sure though.
Unknown Criminal
Something is wrong when giving props needs to be moderated, hehe. UC
Guest Valganti
It's the idea that everyone needs to get their voice in. Someone gives UC some props, and ten others find UC's char 'trash'. So they voice that opinion in the created prop thread. Shout outs degenerate into shouting matches, and it's just getting rediculous the amount of people being sent on forum holiday's. Especially those who feel getting their last word in was worth it. So now we'll moderate them and this way it will be kept clean.
Unknown Criminal
Can I suggest a noreply props thread? Meaning, someone posts a props and nobody can reply to it, mabey you have to make the thread owner only or something, but, I think its a good idea. Tantangel
Even with a no reply thread though you'd have people replying about a thread in their own thread without any moderation. I say still send them people on forum vacations though if they're even attempting to try and get a flame passed a moderator, that's sort of insulting their intelligence isn't it? Grumpy
So anyone know for sure the answer my question? I'd like to post in the props, but unlike most people I don't like others finding out about my characters until it condeaths/deletes.
The Wayward Knight
I think he wants the noreply for other reasons.
Pali
So far it looks like everything's still anonymous regarding poster identity.
Celerity
If you want to keep your character anonymous, I recommend that you DO NOT post on the shout-outs forum...there has been no announcement that the previous bugs have been fixed.
