Raargant
There is one important rule: NO DEBATING! I don't want this to become the flamefest which political threads always devolve into. This isn't a thread, this is a poll! I just am curious as to how the pbase as a whole is. If your vote is for an other, feel free to tell us who! Note: This is intended for US residents only! Of course everyone is welcome to the thread, but I am more curious regarding American opinion regarding the candidates.
TheNewGuy
Whoops. I voted first, read after. Count Al Gore - 1.

Cycel
Goldbond, just vote R-Other. Though I find it kind of odd that you would include Al Gore, who's still not running, and leave out Ron Paul. He delivered babies in his free time while serving in congress. Ron Paul ftw. Though I find it kind of odd that you would include Al Gore, who's still not running, and leave out Ron Paul. He delivered babies in his free time while serving in congress. Ron Paul ftw. I included Gore only because he does have that much support from some quarters, after of course the Big Three of HRC, Obama, and Edwards. No one else on the Democratic side really comes close and is worth putting up. Believe me, I wanted to put in Ron Paul for the Republican side, but with the Republican field as spread out as it is, and with me only being able to set so many options due to forum limitations, I could not. The $5,000,000 he raised was VERY impressive.
Tantangel
Yeah, despite Gore not running, he has a huge support group because of his outlook on global warming and various other ideas he has for going green. To be honest I'd would have rather had him as President the first time around than Bush and then maybe have Bush come in in 2004 just to see how things would turn out differently. Now with him and the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel winning the Nobel Peace Prize, people are hoping he'll run for President again this next election despite him making it clear he wont run. I think it'd be a fantastic thing if he ran again, but for him to jump in now could possibly be a disaster and would be better suited for either the next time a Presidential election is held or the following. I admire his dedication to getting the information out there though, I found the information very enlightening though.

Icor
Rudy Giuliani will have to win if he doesn't want to admit his reasoning for shipping the ground-zero wreckage at 9/11 off fast enough that no one could investigate it thoroughly. Bush and his cronies will burn for all that stuff if they can't maintain power in some office. Just because Giuliani is so essential to the cover up, I'd bet $100 that he'll win, and I won't vote for him.

kahlos
I'm not American but I think Obama can win and should be the next President, but Clinton will probably win- which IMO will be disastrous for your country.
Tantangel
Actually I do believe it's been proven they had the intelligence that it would happen, just not when or where. As far as the government being behind it, well it wouldn't be the first time anything has happened like that nor will it ever really be the last assuming they were. There's a lot that happens in our Government that tends to stay top secret that no one will know about ever or if they do find out it wont be for years until they do find out about it and it doesn't matter anyways. I say let sleeping dogs lie though and don't try seeing what other people believe to have happened because you'll agree to disagree or turn it into an all out flame fest of who's right and who's wrong if you don't. No one has complete proof it's one way or the other anyways that I know of.
Icor
I take what I've read and watched about the "conspiracy" with a grain of salt, but it seems pretty obvious after watching stuff like Loose Change on google vids. =\
Mister E
No American government would ever kill that many people of ranging ethnicity in one foul swoop on their own home land. Seriously, that is just insane. 9/11 was clearly an attack by fundamentalist islamists whose main goal is to destroy western civilization. Even Cesus, Canada's secret service detected something on the radar, so yeah America knew something was up. Unfortunately noone knew exactly what or when. I am not a Bush promoter per se, but I am anti terrorist and I am damn sure that it was not an American that arranged planes to blow up buildings.
