Mudder
Crusaders are the strongest melee class. Completely false. They are the strongest melee class against other melees, if done properly. Warrior is the strongest melee class. If decked.
Unknown Criminal
Completely false. They are the strongest melee class against other melees, if done properly. Warrior is the strongest melee class. If decked. Why would you add an 'if decked' stipulation? Any class can be the strongest class 'if decked', im talking straight up Crusaders, hands down. And no I have never had one, and if I did there would have been poop to pay:) UC
Pali
Completely false. They are the strongest melee class against other melees, if done properly. Warrior is the strongest melee class. If decked. Translation: Warriors have the highest peak. They do not have the highest average power. Therefore, they are not the strongest melee class. The Wayward Knight
Crusaders, if you select the right skills, are definately the strongest melee class.
Mudder
Well I still disagree. They are the strongest melee class against melees. Everyone else? They're dead meat. Warriors however, are strong against everyone.
Pieman
Crusaders are all based on what you choose. I made Falgran to do one thing, and do it well. Kill rangers and necros. But in reality, that was pretty much all that he was good against, the rest he was just a normal class. With crusies you choose one handful of enemies, and destroy them, the rest all pwn you. That;s the tradeoff with crusies.
Tantangel
I don't know. I had a hard time against that one in Knight a few years ago on my Evil Cleric. He was always pretty good and tearing me completely up and he and a monk were the only two people I ever really had a hard time with aside from some charge happy Minotaur who ate me for breakfast and lunch but never quite made a dinner reservation. Then UB's Crusader was pretty easy in comparison to that other one, so yeah it's most likely all in the right selections but that was my only basis off fighting any Saders as well. Tantangel
Don't know, he was Human and was RPing like he was really old to reflect his age. Liked his RP and his PK was pretty decent as well, don't know who played him.
English lad
Leomyre or something similar? I remember he got a restrung title as the Aged General of the Crown..or something similar - clearly my memory isn't up to specifics right now. Tantangel
Yeah, I think you're right, and yeah that was the title. Was a LONG assed time ago though considering the names of characters changes more often than a lot of us change clothes so I'm surprised anyone remembered the name especially from over 2 years ago. But he was still bad ***.

myrek
Have we not established that every class is overpowered? Or was it that we proved that every class is UNDERpowered? Paper, scissors, rock... we've gone through this so many times.
Implementor Anume Posted October 29, 2007 Implementor Report Share Posted October 29, 2007 I remember fighting Iru's saders... ouch... is all that needs to be said. Crusaders are all about choices. If you choose wrong you will be weak, if you choose right you will be a powerhouse. Depending on your choices you will do excellent against some classes and medium against others. They are FAR from underpowered.
