What I am about to propose is a new nuetral qclass. in order to implement it, however it would mean taking werebeasts off of the list of races. I do think though, that the end result will be a much more fun experience, and will serve to even out the balance a little more.

requirements: Human Berserker. Level 15-30. Nuetral aligned. Must be chaotic.

New Abilities:
Swipe: Lash out at every target in the immediate area with one strike. Lags Lycan for 1.5 rounds and each target for 1 round.
Instinct: Increases chance to hit, dodge and parry.
Shapeshift: Transforms the Lycan into a Half-man, Half-beast. Allows the use of Claws and Bite. While Shapeshifted, the Lycan cannot speak and cannot consider. Lags Lycan for 2 rounds.
Heightened Senses: the Lycan can sense when an invisible/sneaking/camouflaged being has entered or exited the room. Does not reveal anything other than their entrance or exit.
Cursed Blood: The cursed blood of a Lycan increases their fortitude against poisons and diseases.
Claws: Allows the Lycan to treat its fists as though they were exotic weapons. (obviously can’t be disarmed). Allows use of parry when not wielding a weapon.
Rend: Allows the Lycan to rip the flesh of its enemy. Causes them to lose blood rapidly, inflicting light damage every hour for 6 hours. Only usable with claws. Lags Lycan for 4 rounds.
Lycanthropy: Gives a permanent allergy to silver.
Pounce: Attacks the enemy, knocking them to the ground. Only usable when not in combat. Lag similar to charge.
Bite: The Lycan bites the target and locks its jaw. Lags Lycan and target for one round.
Maul: Attacks with a series of blows. These blows are incredibly rapid, yet inaccurate and inflict less damage than normal blows. Lags Lycan for 2 rounds
Deadly Blows: Similar to the power strike.
Swift Movement: Increases move gain. While shapeshifted, increases chance to dodge and parry.
Bestial Rage: Spells cast on the Lycan have a chance to cause the Lycan to swipe at the caster. Only usable when shapeshifted.
Fury: Gives a chance to ignore damage.
Shred: The Lycan tears the target apart with its claws, causing the target to bleed for 2 hours and granting the Lycan a haste effect for 2 rounds. Lags Lycan for two rounds. Bleed effect does not stack with rend.
Go for the Throat: The Lycan attempts to rip a hole in the neck of the target, instantly killing it. Attempting such a blow is risky to the Lycan, and failure means the Lycan loses the ability to defend itself. Can only be used when out of combat and shapeshifted. Lags Lycan for 2.5 rounds.
