KRins
I'm heading to Liverpool in the semi-near future to see my hero Fernando Torres in action. How crazy are the lines for tickets, traffic, general houliganism at EPL games? I'm all about the real authentic atmosphere, but if I have to roll into the stadium with a knife for safety reasons I might skip it and catch the game at a pub. Anyone with any Anfield experience? KRins
I'm the sort of person who screams at the TV when Gerrard or Torres blows an easy chance to get through the defense...and I'm seperated from the masses by an entire ocean. I mean, in Florida, the temperature is so high you can barely find a proper soccer game. I make up for it with TV watching enthusiasm.

English lad
Anfield has pretty good security checks, although they need it with those gd Scouser fans. As much as English Football fans get a bad reputation, it always tends to be when they go abroad to play, be it in Europe or for International games. This is because the Security and organisation and Premier League games is very good, problems tend to occur in places that have crap facilities and organisation. You should be fine at any game run by FA officials in the UK.
TheNewGuy
Don't worry for hoolgans on anfield if you are a pool fan. Tickets could be bloody to get tho... They plan to build a completely new arena, and that's for a reason. Ask Dey, he should be able to tell you if you have a chance at all.
KRins
Well...I'll knife someone in the queue (that is how you spell it right?) for some tickets. My girlfriend doesn't understand why I love watching the pool play so much, and I decided I have to show her. I mean...who can hate a team where you never walk alone? Thanks for all the intel everyone.
