Chayesh
My guy tapped out against one of the Dwarven Pain crew. Sucks because he had just started pounding him on the ground when he locked up an armbar. On an up note, I forced a submission from one of Dizz' crew and Matman Morris, who one-rounded Shaun's star, is now 8-2 and on a tear.

Questioner
Brent Davis 9-1 His only loss, was a split decision. Pfft. Plus I got two new guys who have excellent stats. I just have to test out their courage on the mat. Those hidden stats of theirs really do make a difference in the arena.
BigPapa
Exactly, those hidden stats are huge. Plus you have to get extremely lucky with starting stats that happen to go with the style you need them to learn. My best is Rick "The Juice" Wilson, 9-0... All the rest are mediocre at best.. Can someone tell me what style works best with Sambo...
Questioner
Depends. I have many guys that are excellent with sambo. But they have different styles. Sambo+Flexibility = Power locks (Brent Davis) Sambo+Brawling+Power = Sprawl and Brawl Sambo+Muay Thai = 8 points of contact (Masaaki) I usually just test them out first with a few beginning fights to see what their strengths are. i.e. They fall down a lot? They are quick to counter with jabs? They get back on their feet after being taken down quickly? They hit a lot when their opponent is on the floor?
KRins
Sambo only really helps power locks...I think it might help you pull guard too. This just in...my power lock guy wins with a right hook. My pull guard guy gets caught in a arm bar by a counterstriker...epic fails...
