a-guitarist
Knight's Tale. It was just a fun movie. The acting freaking blew, no doubt about it. But, just know this. No matter how bad it really was, it's not going to suck as bad as the Donnie Darko Sequel will. a-g
Twinblades713
I know it's kinda not the point of this thread and sorry, but I have to say: The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou was the worst, most terrible movie I have ever viewed. I don't know why I found the need to post that. But it's true.

The Professor
Pans Labyrinth and Big Fish are great movies..... Life Aquatic and Dragon Wars....horrible but Howard the Duck......a classic....granted that watching it now...I find a certain lack luster.....but when I was a kid.....loved it....and I will always have an affinity for it..... for the worst movie....... I would have to say....... a tie between...... The Science of Sleep.......and.........Pink Flamingo's Their concepts had potential.....but the way they were done.....made me feel like I just wasted away a few precious hours of my life that I would never get back.......sighs....... Monty Python's: The Quest for the Holy Grail 6. V for Vendetta - truely BRILLIANT movie. 7. Moulin Rouge 8. The LOCK STOCK AND TWO SMOKING BARRELS movies. 9. a-guitarist
Thinking about it... I can list like 30 others that were absolutely brilliant movies and touched me in some way. I once listed all 30ish movies where I was touched in someway growing up, oddly after that all the local Diocese had to get new Priests. I'm not looking for that kind of attention again... I just reviewed my old list, and for the most part it's the same. "No Country for Old Men" might be added, that movie just had a way of making me depressed as all hell in a way most movies that try to fail at. And as horrible as I feel saying this, "Tropic Thunder" was a good laugh. I really found it to be worth the time spent (unlike most movies that Jack Black or Ben Stiller are in). I don't recall how I felt back then, but now I feel Boondock Saints and Donnie Darko, while decent, were not all they were touted to be. Fun for the time, but after awhile you just start wanted to punch every ******* running around with the Brothers' hand tattoo's. And it's gonna happen all over again now that the second one has a release date. Too bad it's not straight to betamax. Donnie Darko... not a big beef with it past all the people who saw it with me. They gave me no end of **** for saying it was about God and fate. They called me many a name that day, some personal things were said that would have cut smaller men's hearts to the core. Then the DVD with commentary came out and I was exonerated. They were, however, still ****ing *******s. Anyone seen the second one? a-g
