Suunmar
If you can't be quasi-anonymously misogynistic on the internet, then what the hell is it's purpose? a-g [irony] Fluid pressed against me, torn in mind and spirit. A curious awareness I held, a prison I bore here. I tore forth from my mother's loin's such as a panzer running through Operation Citadel. The plane open, my existence now free of this damnable cage... No longer will it hold me. [/irony]

Zrothum
I think someone stole your cats name. Evil bastards. What sort of low-life would steal the name of someone's precious animal :-( Any cat experts out there? Montahg and I just moved, and we're with my mom and brother now. Our cat (Ara) has never had a problem with strangers before, but she has been hissing at my mother frequently and occassionally my brother, as well. She was introduced to a lot of new people last night, some of which she was very friendly with and let them pet her no problem. My brother can pet her, but my mother can't get her hand close without Ara starting to hiss. I'm not sure if it's how my mother acts towards Ara, as she seems to be scared of the cat as well. Recently, Montahg was petting Ara, hoping to keep her calm so my mother could pet her. When my mother went to pet her, Ara ran her paw across my mom's arm, but her claws were not out so she didn't scratch. My mom did react by pulling her arm back quickly - just as she's done several times. Is it the cat, my mom, or both? And what suggestions or ideas do any of you have? ladyoki
well I feel honered if someone did use my baby's (my cats) name. anyways, she is acting good now. My mom spoils her more then I do, treating her like a grandmother should. . thanks to everyone's input. I still don't know why my cat disliked my mom, but everything seems to be alright now. My mom always plays with her and taught he a new trick... when I can figure out how to record her doing it I will send a link to it. It's soooooo cute. hahaha, i was going to send a picture of her in a demon outfit for holloween, but it didn't work out.... sorry Malchaeius (I know how much you love cats ).
