Twinblades713
Practice Gloves. Just like any practice weapon, but speeds up hand to hand. Have it sold the same way as all other practice EQ. I see no imbalance to the game with these... It would speed the training for hand to hand and it would help monks not hurt everyone so badly when sparring for anatomy, to think of another side effect. Cmon, huh? Maybe? killalou
Hrm...I dont know. Hand to hand goes up pretty fast and i dont recall monks needing to fight barehanded to learn anatomy. However I will pitch this, make more brass knuckles. The one in Manthor are too weak! How cool is it to weild and dual wield some brass knuckles!?! Anoneemus
Well, they don't have to fight barehanded to learn anatomy, but fighting barehanded does make the anatomy go up (literally) 10x faster. It is pretty annoying, to say the least..but they have an easier time with mobs than blm's so maybe it balances out. I like the idea overall, it works for other classes too. Hard to train h2h at later levels for some classes, would be easier with a practice weapon.

Pali
Out of curiosity, why is this in game discussion instead of the ideas section?
Quigt
Monks use open-handed strikes as well as close-handed ones, so it wouldn't make sense to have brass knuckles unless they were only hitting with close-handed strikes.
Mudder
Does that really work? Yup. Try it out.
Twinblades713
Out of curiosity' date=' why is this in game discussion instead of the ideas section?[/quote'] Uhh... I don't tell you how to live YOUR life, Pali. But this idea wasn't even specified to be for monks. Just in general, I see absolutely no harm in allowing someone to purchase practice gloves if they wanted... for any class.
