Fiere
If I'm not supposed to know this, then don't tell me, but in the help file, that whole more benefit from magical items thing...what's it mean, exactly?
Behrens
It means a lot of things, which are fun to find out for yourself. They really are, sarcasm aside, a very strong race. Play a few and figure out why.
elfdude
My first breakout character was a human warrior.

Designated_Driver
I'll give you a little test that you can use for yourself. Roll a human warrior. At level five, quaff a vial from the dwarf forest (yes, this is important, since some vials have a higher level sanctuary than others). Roll an ogre warrior. Do the same thing. Now rank your human warrior to 30. Repeat. Ogre warrior. Repeat. Human Warrior to 50. Repeat. Ogre Warrior to 50. Repeat.
Dale
Humans can be very powerful, but in my opinion only certain classes. Evil cleric is a good choice I know for a fact. But I have seen a decent human berserker who made it in warmaster, and was able to kill Ugresh. Human necro also is a good choice. You just have to take control of that no weakness thing. Iyorvin
Human necro is a very viable choice. Even more so with liches now.
Dale
And how could I forget human battlemage. Human necro might also be a very good choice. The lack of mana might be a pain but more hp than normal drows or elves.

Raargant
To be fair, that zerk WAS me. Name was Aetharian. Raargant bet me he could beat me with an ogre zerk in identical equip, cabal, etc. He lost. Took you the first time; the second time you undeniably twinked the character, even if it was just in a small (but 50% damage increasing) way. I took you straight, you took me twinked. I'd say that's a win for me. But yes, I'll admit that humans aren't as 'bleh' as I had thought beforehand, and are very possibly equal or superior to ogres in certain ways, although ogre regeneration helps them, as well, in others. Behrens
Meh. Solar mace would've done the same thing, so I don't consider it twinking, just time-saving. Besides, your weapon was avg 31, mine was only 27.
Raargant
Your weapon was the only nodisarm, burnproof, magical-damage weapon in the game, due to twinking! I claim victory! And you had your choice of weaponry too.
