Fiere
How good do you have to be to be "good"? I mean, I'm guile, and it says Lie, steal, murder and purger, etc. So...can I do mean things while still being essentially good underneath? Warpnow
Can't do mean things to other goods. But in the face of evil, you can be ruthless.

Warpnow
If you rp it. I had a lightwalker thief who rp'd that there was no middle ground. He saw neutrals as fence sitting cowards who would do whatever benefitted them. He reguarded neutrals as being willing to commit evil acts under certain circumstances, so he saw them as evil. Never got in trouble for it *shrug* but if I saw an evil...I always went after them FIRST and only went after Neutrals when I had reason to expect they weren't my friends. If they do not fight for The church, its against it.

Deykari
"How good do you have to be to be good?" Although your religion/path dictates that somewhat, each can still be moulded in some way to what you want. A good who follows the path of guile, can, I suppose, do 'mean things' like you say however still in the context of a good. Because you follow guile doesn't give you the right to attack goods/neutrals (unless you have good reason for the latter). The way I personally see it, is to combine alignment, ethos and path to come up with a 'base' RP. Chaotic Good follower of Guile? "I'm always up for a quick buck and don't mind lieing and decieving others to reach my goals, I just need to remember that my goals are to do with some form of greater good."
