Djriacen
I got bored and changed the Tribunal color to white on my client. Muuuuch more intimidating.

Anoneemus
I don't know about the rest of you, but the Watcher flag is the same color as my default text that I've been using for 13 years. I wish it could be a little more intimidating.
Djriacen
Hm, watcher is default flamboyant green for me. I dunno, Tribunal just remind me now of the old watcher with it being white.
Mudder
My default text is a mild, dark green color, while [WATCHER] is bright green. I could NEVER play this mud if all the text was bright green. It would just hurt my eyes. *shrug*

But like I said, I made this decision many years ago, and I'm resistant to change.

Aulian
I use light blue text with a dark blue background... Best colors for the mud + gmud client.

Ex-D&Der
Green is like an old DOS monochrome monitor.
Ali_gmud
black background with light grey txt is the best, that dark blue - light blue is fully up to bryce all. It's how I learnt and there's no way I could change. light grey is pretty sweet because (WHITE AURA) sticks out when it's brighter than the standard text colour, and it's good and pretty clear to spot sanctuary drops and wot not. mya
I cannot belive you guys play with green text. That is awfull. I uses White text on black. With the old Win95 Telnet founts. My other colours are also all customized, Zmud was getting to dark for my eyes. I actually like the Pink colour of Tribuanal as it stands out a lot on Where. We shall from now on call that color scheme the PieMan Color Scheme and you will all need to pay me royalties to use it. Also, myself currently having a Tribby I do indeed think the wussy pink needs to take a hike. Perhaps the (Golden Aura) color would be better. Ali_gmud
I don't like to use colours as my text or background that are the default colour of the room name. Like if I had a dark green background wot happens to the color the room when you walk into emerald forest, or like, when you type where does the room name camoflauge in with your background? I've only and will only ever use gmud so I'm not too sure what sort of modifications you can do with any other mud client but Mya seems to be on the right track as far as text n background go.
