WalkingShadow
A side note......Hand rolling sucks!!!! (I know you can set up a roll system but when you have 2 hours to kill at work you need something to do)
Acerbity
DEATHWEAVER Syntax: cast 'deathweaver' The first ritualistic stance available to the Blademasters. While under its effect, the blademaster will concentrate on maintaining his balance, and graceful movements meant to position his enemies against each other. BALANCE syntax: AUTOMATIC Monks and Blademasters have a superb sense of balance through their awesome control of their body. Many attacks, such as bash and trip, would send most people to the ground, stunning them. However, users of this skill can often manage to stay on their feet. They still receive the damage, but they do not have to waste time standing back up. Only a monk in the defensive or blademaster in deathweaver stance can focus enough on balancing. Hell, why not. Anyone can look at the helpfile, right? Why be vague? WHY!?

Ironically enough, it's actually rather "enlightening", for the dark side. Since we're not vague over here, we tend to explain everything, rather than leave it shrouded in mystery. Ironic indeed. Warpnow
Halfling blademasters are probably the best blademasters. They tie with sliths, but sliths are much, much harder to train.
Designated_Driver
I didn't know race had an effect on how bad you suck at PK.

Mindflayer
Halfling is the way to rock as a blademaster, in my opinion.
wolfeman
I think 52 is the max a halfling can easily get, so suck it up and accept that you probably aren't going to max stats by 15. Also, on an unrelated note, I have something to say to all of the people that recommended that I make my ranger a halfling. God bless you! I am now ready to admit that my bias against halflings was based on the fact that I had no idea at all what I was doing when I had one last. Pali
Halfling blademaster was the first pinn I got after I came back. Very, very strong. Melees with 25 str, 25 dex, and magic resist are mage killers.

Goomf
There really is no need to have max stats by 15. Just play the game.
Pali
There really is no need to have max stats by 15. Just play the game. I roll for max stats at 30 or earlier without any prac to train conversions.
Goomf
I roll for the highest roll also. But it seems like some people are complaining about getting max stats early. Rolling highest is quite different than attempting to get max stats when it isn't feasible to unless you get + modifier items (which are, coincidently, very easy to get.) Get a high roll, don't worry too much about max stats, and just enjoy the game.
WalkingShadow
I was not complaning because I wanted max stats just that I was hand rolling and could not at least get a 52 maxing is good I just dont have the ability to wait that long id rather just play. Pali
No, but you can roll for the max they're allowed.
Warpnow
Course, but recently I saw a post about someone saying they had been rolling for a long time and no max on creation...I wanted to reiterate the point that its not possible with but a few races. Acerbity
Edit: ONLY possible with a few race/class combos. I've learned that both race and class effect what kind of roll you can get. Try rolling a human ranger, then roll a human cleric. You can easily nab a 54 with human cleric, and can hardly get a 53 with ranger. *grumbles*
