Weapon Knowledge: What it effects?

I know there is a difference, but a 'big' difference I am unsure.

As far as I'm concerned I train all my weapons regardless, pretty much while

I hunt. I just make sure I am never hunting with weapons that are on 100%

Alot of players I know play monks, master their weapons, I think basically so

they can defend against those weapons better.

Yes, they can aid you defend better.

"Tremendous ?"

Well that depends on what is tremendous for you. 5 %, 10%, a 25% extra chance to parry ?

Lets put it this way. What IF it affected your chance to parry by +10%. What is a mere 10% on a defence....

Now imagine you are a Invocker, and you are fighting a (dumb) warrior. If you had 700 HP's, you just had a HP boost to 770 HP's.

Now imagine you are a Monk. Now you have First Parry and Second parry.

See... it can matter.

If it is your first monk, don't master all the weapons.

Learn the class, rank to 50. PK, see if you stick with the character.

Latter, buy a practice weapon (Ask in game) and hit Minoma fuglies.

Remember you play a game for fun, not as a chore.
