Nightmare_from_hell
Okay, so I don't play melee's often, but I figured I'd throw in a bit of RP even if I suck with anything Melee, so I rolled a Zerk. One question though. When did Rage become something that automatically happens during battle? Has it always been this way or was this a change I just overlooked cuz I never play 'em? Twinblades713
Yeah, you always have a chance to autorage. Try the help on minos. It says they do it more often than most. And I think you're more likely to do it the closer you are to death.
Guest emp_newb
Once you get low on hp you can autorage, espescially if y our taking damage decently in the fight. Btw you may want to try weapon cleaves instead of bodyslams, roar is also awesome, espescially since the changes
f0xx
Autorage is one of the main reasons why I would never even try to play a zerker
Guest emp_newb
If you are consistantly autoraging during fights, you need to either A) Prep better, or train better. Honestly the only time any of my zerks autorage, is at a point that I should have fled anyway. Contrary to what ALOT of people think, dual wielding is not always the way to go, espescially if you know autoraging has been an issue for you. Use a shield more, when you rage you lose dodge and flee, so you really need to be able to cover your ***, or beat their ***, until you can get out. Be it holding and quaffing a potion, brandishing that lowbie quest stone. Zerks are not Rage;slam;slam. Well sometimes it is, but only in rare cases, so rare you cannot base a char around it. If you can dual wield vulns and slamlock, then by all means do it, because chances are, you will deal more damage than them. If you cannot, then toss on a shield and start the attrition game. If zerks where supposed to be one bout winners, they prolly would not have Regeneration and Fast healing. You only autorage if you are eating damage and low on hp, both of those are a dead give away to run like Marti came back. Mudder
You can also be forced into an auto-rage with a massively powerful damage attack.... Like an unsanced hellstream.

Twinblades713
Point is, in a Myrek-ish way to say it: If you died, you did something wrong, so don't do that again.
