The Greased Weasel
Ok, as I have just recently learned my pk skills have gone to the poddy, so I'm looking for something to get me back in the groove with and im trying to branch out from my usual battlemage fall back, and away from the HORDE of blademasters as cool as they may seem (never had one much past low 40's), anyways Im ranting again. As far as cabal for getting my feet wet for pk again lets face it, warmaster is the best to get you into the thick of things, but as for class I am at a loss I really am hoping in earnest for some suggestions cause this old dog is at a loss and needs some new tricks. Thank you all for your input in advance
Pali
I learned PK by playing 3 different classes: invokers, warriors, and ninjas. These all play very differently, and give you a lot of experience. Invokers teach you how to be incredibly offensive in combat, but if you're losing you can get away and survive without too much trouble. They also teach spell management, but aren't as intensive as battlemages in this respect. Warriors have a LOT more variety in their combat tactics than many people seem to think... you learn that weapon choice really DOES make a huge difference, as well as the general strategy you'll learn during the fight. You'll also really start to pick up what potions/herbs are where, what they do, and when to use them for the most effectiveness. Ninjas teach patience, tracking, and avoidance. Guest emp_newb
hrm. well, Right now Im playin a wm hopeful, and I can tell you what, do not go with a fire vuln if you feel your not up to par, But if you wanna roll a char to get you kicking and back in the swing of lotsa pk, create a feral war and go. Youll have loads of fun if you can keep a straight face after a few deaths. Its kinda not easy, but it will teach brand pk tactics onto your brain quick like a bunny though. jb5679
Warmaster is going to be a tough one to get into. They currently have...I think....5? very active members and I doubt their immortal is wanting to put much more into it...but still...if thats your thang, go for it.
