They tried early induction for a while, but it began to wane for some reason or another, and went back to letting in pinns/VERY near pinns. I would like to see lowbies inducted, but I want those lowbies to have to prove themselves first and well, how many lowbies do anything but train and/or rank? However I'm not so sure that a cabal being a standard that everyone should be apart of at all times is a good change.
