Deykari
Just wondering what the general rules are, as a cartel/syndi when it comes to taking contracts out on your own clannies. If you're a Syndi, and one of the cartel has a bounty on them, what are the rules on taking it? Likewise, if you're just a cartel, and another of the cartel has a bounty on them, what are the rules about it? I'd think that both of those circumstances would be fine, being a very 'power driven' cabal (well, lets, face it, they can coup) but I'd like to know what the word on the street is on this; it's just something I'm curious about. Thanks, Dey
Psycho Child
I'd say go for it unless the cabal leader says otherwise, but be prepared for others to do the same to you.
Wathok
I believe it's perfectly acceptable for Syndicate/Cartel members to collect bounties on one another; it has happened many times in the past (I was in Syndicate once) without repercussion for the bounty hunter. But the Syndicate Imm leader has the final say.
Warpnow
Its all up to the imm leader, really. Imm leader could say all the syndis have to perform plays for him and dance with faerie wings and you gotta do it!
Psycho Child
I'd try to coup the syndi imm...
Kaauld
Cartel members are free game for Syndicate to collect upon. Generally it's acceptable for a Syndicate to ignore a bountied Cartel as long as there are other bountied people logged on.
Deykari
Thanks for clearing that up. And just for the heads up, how about cartel-on-cartel action? Heck, I'll just experiment. I'm bound to find out in-game. Thanks again, Dey
Chayesh
I agree with this topic. Clan contracts do rule.
myrek
useless opinion: i think it would make you look better to collect on other clannies. syndi on syndi would just be fun... unless you're trying to collect on yourself....
Sneak
I have actually collected myself once.
Nightmare_from_hell
I remember a note being sent to Cartel at one point saying that just because you are a part of Cartel, that does not grant you protection from others within Cartel... Therefore, you can steal from, loot from, and kill from other members of Cartel. But as has been said before have a question? You can send a note to Messa and she'll send a note to Cartel explaining everything. She's done it before...
Fiere
I know someone who (I believe, I may not have this straight) collected a contract on another cartel (he was in cartel as well), but did it in the clan hall, and got kicked out for it. So...I'm guessing that's against the rules? Or like I said, maybe I just have the situation wrong.
Warpnow
Its all Rp...the "rules" are set by the players and respective imm. If the imm/mort leader came out and said, "Cartel members must be at peace." you do it, becuase they are the leader... Ask a leader. Its their answer that counts. We can tell you its okay, but if the imm says differently, guess what our words counted for? Nothing.
