WagesofSin
According to the change log: [01/18/08]: Reflective shield's lag protection has been diminished. Does this mean Battlemages can be lagged now?
Guest emp_newb
They could always be lagged through reflective, just not as much. Now you can be lagged a bit more.
Mudder
With a giant warrior + venom sack, I've successfully lag locked a BMG using reflective shield. I think he was able to flee once.
Pali
In my experience, it's comparable to the level of lag protection that a mounted paladin gets.
Evangelion
Which is very unfortunate, when you combine it with the uselessness of reflective shield.
Pali
The lowering of the lag protection combined with the removal of ALL reflected damage from magical weapons does fairly nerf the spell to where it's primarily useful only against newbs/mobs. WagesofSin
After some experimentation, they are still impossible to lag effectively. Even with a giant, enlarged warrior, they still kick my *** .
Pali
BMGs are designed to beat up melees. You shouldn't be surprised when one succeeds.
