What if we only allowed 50's to kill 50's seems like 99% of my frustration on my toons , which caused me to delete my last to was 50's killing me at 42-49. This isn't in response to me getting killed or anything but after hitting 42 im too scared to even log in sometimes.

Its just that we advertise a very balanced pk system and well a monkey with downs syndrome could tell that a 42 cannot kill a geared 50.

That restriction wouldn't and shouldn't happen... However, our 50s SHOULD put that restriction on themselves.

If I, for one, see any experienced player picking on a pre-pinn for no good reason I will hound him/her.

i just really dont see the point other than a free kill for 50's they have other stuff they should be worried about. I've been told there is a 100% chance i will die between 42-50 by alot of the people who taught me the game.

That is why some races have an exp penalty. Your getting more power in your combo, expect to pay a price somewhere. Also making a hoard of enemies pre pinn is something you need to learn not to do. Just part of life here. You want to not fight pinns? Play low exp penalty combos. 42-50 is supposed to be the scariest time leveling (so I have been told).

but is there a POINT other than to be scary and get you killed? I get xp penalty pre 50, 42 fighting a 49 seems more reasonable than 42 fighting a 50 with (T-E) in a cabal.

maybe its just me but this is the only part of the game i 100% disagree with.

I have told you across several chars that you should watch who you piss off. For the most part most pinns leave you alone (except DKs) unless you have: A) pissed them off directly, or indirectly. B) Been identified as a cabal/clan enemy. C) Been behaving badly in general or D) are malform food.

There is not alot you can do about the last one. Some people play classy DKs other people play trashy DKs. Gotta learn to be hitting where pk who pk aff in 5 second cycles is all I can suggest. Learn where to run, and how to run. Just because you ran across 5 zones without them catching you does not mean they are not going to. Run in hard to guess patterns. I cannot tell you how many times I have been running and doubled back over zones, or gotten to a new zone and recalled before they got into the zone. On the same note, I have been chasing, and the people who get away, use complicated patterns,, doubling back, underdark (underdark is FANTASTIC to get around, and get away). Basically fighting at level 42 vs a pinn is a choice you make at creation. You chose a race with a moderate to high exp penalty. You get returns for that.

Human warrior - no exp penalty. Not alot of bells and wh istles here folks, just a sword swinging kid.

Elf paladin - The epitome of defense. The power to heal themselves, save allies, smite evil, and wade through melee combat. big exp penalty.

Stone Ranger - Moderate combo, has ups and down. Boulder throw is nice, but a mental vuln is not so nice. Medium penalty.

I think Eshaine said once before

It's meant to be difficult to get to 50, and one of the many obstacules of reaching your final level is that 50's can prevent you getting to your highest peak of strength, or delay it anyway possible. I think drows and elves have it bad as far as being able to be harmed pre 50 I think 42 I entered the 50's pk range, It's not all 50's that can harm you. I think the more power you get out of your combo, reflects on the those whom can harm you above your rank, also depending on their combo as well.
