you realize this completely nullifies your entire previous argument right? Mostly joking I've never done pot or any drug for that matter... but ill probably die of cigarette smoke..

An argument is sound if it is sound, regardless of the mental condition of the one making it.

Look, I don't want to argue with you two, SandBox and MadCow, since you are new and arguing with you will just make me look like an arrogant git.

Now that being said, you CAN have a cookie cutter RP even without being outcast. What I try to explain to you is that IF the playerbase starts accepting those OUTCAST tags as something positive, this will encourage people who break alignment/ethos even more. I can easily create a good RP for my illithid necro and apply for knight. I am a tired of being evil, I will use my knowledge to raise fallen warriors and give them second chance to serve the light. Is it cool and cookie cutter RP - yes. Should this be allowed - NO. If yes, then you can those 3 Travens, 2 golems and Vanguard then.

I would also suggest you to read THIS thread if you haven't.

PS. And no, I've never been killed by any of the two minotaurs in question. Although I've ranked with Xhan and wasn't impressed by his performance/RP. I've also talked to Emertis as T of his clan and tbh his RP wasn't THAT shining as you try to make it out.

If you want a current example of "shining" RP I would strongly recomend you interacting with Imseik.

F0xx. Akomak is a bad example of what you are trying to say. Akomak was Lawful and acting as a Neutral. He was abusing cabal powers. That was bad.

These people changed to evil (whether through RP, application, or IN game punishment), where their align/ethos was then properly reflected. They were not abusing anything.

In the end, as Pali already said, RP whatever you want. Send an application, BE what you want. Let the Imms deal with what is balanced and what isn't. I guarantee, you'll be definitely on the side of underpowered. Remember Samaet? He LOST skills. A faerie berserker?! Not an OP combo by any means. Was Dey's RP any less spectacular because he was an Outcast? (He was outcast right? If not he should have been)

Though a good Illithid would not be able to cast. ;)

I once had a neutral faerie druid. It is not bad RP. Outcast is an IN game punishment or IN game actions. Not something to be looked as a good or bad thing. Meet the character, form your own opinions.

i dont think you look like a jerk at all, but when comparing people playing less than 3 months to people who've played for 7-10 years your obviously going to see a clear difference.

I would strongly recommend going Warmaster Gladiator SB.

Be a honorable challanger and try to challenge as many people as possible. Ask for tips those who defeat you and give tips to those you defeat.

You would learn A LOT really fast.

Also you won't have to worry about consumables.
