Iusedtobesomebody
On a related but different note, it's amusing to say that FL's most famous 'evil' bard, Gehenna the demon, was actually still neutral his entire life. Pissed Llyros (an avatar) off something fierce, so he would just t-spell in, hellstream once, then t-spell out. Funny stuff.
I've Killed for Less
Stop bragging IKFL. The character is an outcast and the question was if it's possible to ROLL them. Not get them evil via outcasting. Delsum is an incredible character btw. Well thank you. I have just decided to start playing him more and get him into nexus. MadCowDisease
Actually I don't think you need to get outcast to do it. Just roll an evil adventurer and go bard. i believe that was fixed, wasnt it?

a-guitarist
I have seen evil bards without the outcast flag. I know that you CAN NOT guild to one as an adventurer. Don't believe me? Human->evil->adventurer->guild bard->delete;delete if you succeed. Malch squashed just about every single adventurer remort bug I've seen... a couple of cleric ones that I ran into and he did them quickly and helped me out a lot (I reclassed an advent to cleric, had good spells and not evil ones, he offered to go in and change them around for me personally to get me the proper stuff.) Although, I hear that evil bards are unbalanced because the King's Feast song does some uber awesome things for them... like totally uber awesomestuff.... I swear, I knew a guy who did it once and it was like... great.... a-g

Deykari
People who train from one prac are insane. I remember speigel06's Human Thief, Ranser. He trained from 1 practice. A human thief, from one practice. I wanted to vomit. If I have one of the giant races, and two pracs brings me to 69-74 or whatever two pracs gets you, I will still use third prac to save a couple points of training. All this 1-prac training for the sake of extra 30 hp is ridiculous, and the next person who says "Yeah but that extra 30hp could be a lifesaver in close fights!" will be given the secret Deykari Treatment. Dey It's not 30 hp's. Clerics can go up to 50-60 HP's. Add + 6 from no Stat Trains. And you have a PC with more 100-120 HP's. Considering that a cleric has what ? 650 HPs. +100 is a lot. Do you need this extra to kill people. Not really. But it helps especially if you don't like/don't know how to god suit. Of course if you conday in 150 hours, it's never worth it. Reccum
Actually Mya made perfect sense there. But you sort have to know what she is talking about already to understand it fully.
f0xx
I understand it fully. A cleric that has trained his skills/spells from 1 prac will get NO MORE than 40 hp above a cleric who has trained from 2. Contrary to that, such cleric will need an enourmous amout of time to practice master what he needs, the 150 hours which she mentioned there, compared to the 50 hours a normal cleric needs make a HUGE difference. Spending 150 hours in training skills/spells just to rage delete after a stupid death is a suicide reason mate. [edit] If you don't get what I mean, then next time Kurvikhel is around, check his perk. Having 40 hp more is not what you need to have a successful character. Deykari
I understand what you mean, definitely Mya, the 30hp thing was just a random figure plucked out of thin air. My point was more aimed at the fact that I find training the most boring thing in the world save for having to watch Titanic. I would sooner save myself the hassle, and minimise as much time spent training possible so as to be able to have fun playing. Let's be realistic, me having extra HP is nothing short of delaying the inevitable as far as I'm concerned. Different strokes for different folks I suppose. If you have the insane patience to do that, power to you. Dey
