[ 0] IMP Malchaeius: Changes/Fixes

[*] Factions should be able to receive notes.

[*] Bug with Crusaders Holy Weapons and a certain psalm have been addressed.

[*] Charmed mobs have now been allowed to use their magical attacks.

[*] Sliths tail trip will no longer work in conjunction with a certain

Warmaster skill.

[*] The odd appearance of the mounted swamp drake has been fixed.

[*] Ranger Pets, Golems, and other Charmed Mobiles can only carry/loot

a limit of three objects.

[*] Zombies can no longer carry objects.

[*] Soul Transfer should once again work properly.

[*] Chill touch has been tweaked to be stackable and more useful.

If you notice anything strange, please send a detailed note or use the BUG command.

No more easy full loot from Rangers/Necros/ scroll class.

[*] Chill touch has been tweaked to be stackable and more useful.

Good for Battlemages DK's and Necromancers.

Mal or AFF saved ? I hope it's not dual saved.

I have a feeling FireGiants will fell this spell.

Idea: Perhaps shocking bite can be recycled to do DEX damage.

It would give Battlemages more options.

Slow - Dex

Shrink - STR

Thunderclap - Dex

Chill - STR

And Shock for - Dex.

PS: Another idea. What about Chill touch for Invokers ? Would work well.

I have just one small question considering this:

[*] Charmed mobs have now been allowed to use their magical attacks.

Does this mean that if mob X usually casts blindness, plague and so on while a PC battles him, will now cast the same spells while charmed too?

The question might seem stupid to some, I just want a bit of clarification on the "magical attacks" part.
