Wii Parents.

For Mother's Day, WC and I got my mother a Wii (Yes, I childishly set it up to be named MomsWiiner). They are having a blast with Wii Sports and the Wii Fit we also got them. My question is, what other games might people my parents age have fun with?

My Father is going crazy with Wii Baseball, my mother loves bowling. Are there any non-indepth games (anything where you have to use more than two buttons would throw them, at this stage) that are fun, easy to learn and expand on, and can be picked up and put down within a 15 minute span?

My father ran his hand threw the business end of a table saw during a work accident many years ago, and after having his fingers reattached and hand rebuilt, he's got very little movement in it. Game-pads usually were too cramped for his hand, but the wii controller is perfect for movement and the A and B buttons. So, that also limits what I'm going to be able to use for them (The fine manipulation of the homebutton and direction pads are difficult, and require his other hand.)

Any decent games you can suggest? How is animal crossing? I hear it's a big seller but I don't know anything about it past that.

I think my father would disown me and then castrate me if I brought guitar hero into the house. Mario Kart is a good idea. I haven't played Nintendo since Super Days, and never owned one until recently. So this Mario Kart stuff is new to me.

Song, Rayman looks great. I think they'd have a blast with that.

Thanks, both of you.

I played some Bassmasters game recently...and I am not an angler myself, but it was fairly entertaining for a fishing game and didn't require anything other than mashing the B button and doing fishing-like motions. My dad tried it and really enjoyed it...granted he is a big fisherman.
