Hey Arkom,

You seem new here and I'm not sure if you are a visitor of the forums here or not, but in case you are I'd just like to point you to the direction you need to get whatever problems you might be having solved.

While in game, your first option is to use the PRAY command. This will basically send a tell to any immortals who are logged on and if one is, will be the fastest way to contact them. If you do not receive a response after approximately ten minutes, fell free to re-send the prayer. Continue to do this for as long as you are logged on if you do not receive a response. If you are unable to contact an immortal while you are logged in, (could be none logged on at that specific time), please feel free to send a note in game to IMMORTAL with the description of the problem. Be sure to add the nature of the problem in the subject line as well as the detailed description of the problem in the body. After you have done that, come to the forums here and post in PRAYER FORUM the detailed description of the problem as well. The prayer forum is read only by the Imm's so you will not need to worry about hiding or revealing your identity. This will be sure to reach an Imm in the quickest fashion and will allow you to resolve any issues in the most timely manner.

Also, just for future reference, going OOC, in any manner, is actually forbidden while logged in, (which is why you got the responses you did from those who were speaking to you). Though I understand the frustration of the problem you described, other players will not be able to help you with the problem you described.

I really do hope your problem is remedied quickly and that we do not lose a fine player like yourself because of it.
