Gone. My apologies, I know I posted a thread a while ago promising he'd return, but life is keeping that from happening and at this point even if I had time to play I'd have serious trouble getting back into his RP... after a month of not playing a char, I just don't feel them anymore, and I don't want to be holding a qrace spot while inactive. Had a lot of fun with this guy, had some utterly fantastic RP sessions with a multitude of people, and Crespos gets props for my only pdeath (I was very stupid and you took advantage of it perfectly - well done).

Hopefully I'll be back in the fray sometime soon with a new guy... but right now, I just have too much going on to sink myself into the game. I'm sorry.

Can't wait to see the next one. Thoroughly enjoyed our long discussions, even though it often slowed my ranking. Too bad my group mates were so eager to join into battle with you too quickly. Not much scarier than a human shaman at 30. People should really know better.

By the way, I never did completely grasp that concept of yours and I was really, really trying....might have been the problem though. Just had to let everything go and enjoy it all.

Fully agree. It's not something that seems instantly very powerful at first glance, but having plague, poison, and cure crit at 30 is an incredibly potent combination against most of what you'll fight at that range. I tried very hard not to over PK, and I hope that showed.

I RPed Velik as, quite literally, insane (as I think most demon applicants should be). That his view of the world was not entirely rational should have been expected. I tried to keep it somewhat in the world of rational thinking, so as to be able to RP complex issues with people, but breaks in his rationality were entirely intentional.
