How to fix Zerks

It's actually kinda simple, almost smacked myself when I figured it out. All they need is one skill. One insignificant measley skill....fourth attack. That one skill would level the playing field and truly make zerks balanced with the rest of the game.

haha that'd be sweet.

Or some kind of non-sleeping regen. Like able to berserk for health more often...gives a reason to play the smaller higher-mana races more.

Gimmie an elf zerk...i'd pwn.

I can't believe I just used the term 'pwn' ....i've got to get off of internet gaming.

Yeah, Celerity, cause that's not shooting yourself in the foot.

"Let's play a faerie berserker!"

Strength: 14

Wield Axe.

It is too heavy.

Wield Polearm.

It is too heavy.

Wield Exotic.

It is too heavy.

Wield Piss-Poor Dagger.

W00t! You win!

Thinking more about dwarves and humans actually..

Heh...bodyslamed by a faerie....heh heh...

Hah...even better...headbutted by a faerie....HAH. I want one.

I think it should be coded that a faerie zerk who headbutts anything lags themselves instead of their opponents.

I think that a faerie zerk could fly into some areas that you really don't want headbutted with ANY amount of force.

I imagine a humming bird without a beak flying full-speed headfirst into a stone giant.

I imagine Tinkerbell slamming into The Thing from Fantastic Four and exploding into faerie dust.

I think it should be coded that a faerie zerk who headbutts anything lags themselves instead of their opponents.

That's already the way it is. Two round lag for headbutt, no lag for your enemy.

You got served by technicality! Bam!

I agree with the Fourth Attack on Zerks. Would be nice.

From playing what zerks that I have, thought not pinned, I'd say that would work wonders.

Id like to see a faerie zerk roar at someone (who in the hell would be scared) I mean shoot it would be a squeek for gods sakes.

4th attack or atleast blind fighting.

Perhaps an innate skill/path focus, something like:

Anger - Withstand; adds to magical AC and svs

Fury - Fourth Attack; self-explanatory

Devastation - Break Open; adds a Rust-like effect or could just destroy the eq piece

Just some thoughts.

I don't think they really need anything, I haven't played one but i've played against'em and they work just fine. It depends on how you run the class, I'm sure Behrens could run a zerk and show you they're fine just the way they are.
