Philantees

I will leave this here because it is going in a direction none of us wants it to go.

Valek, all Jibber and myself are saying is that it is funny, even hypocritic to complain about being full looted when you have delivered more full loots than anyone else in the game recently.

Still wondering why people leave when you enter the lands and/or use a lot of LI against you? Don't

;) Then you didn't kill me.

You are correct, I would not call it killing. I was more of a Total Pawn!!! :D

It was so Uberly one sided that i did not lost one single hit point.

It was last 25 of November, i was happily mastering some spells as a Pinacled Giant Cleric in the Sanctuary of Contraption. When i notice you enter my area.

You probably though i did not notice you, as you left the area quite fast. I am amazed that i noticed it myself.

Obviously, i sensed that you where just ouside the area spelling up to kill me.

So i hasted myself, wielded a Vuln Weapon and proceeded to Mangle you to death. I even managed to blind you and curse you. Probably the reason why you died.

It was like seeing a train wreck, the type you cannot stop looking and you get that felling that you are powerless to stop it. :(

It kinda reminds me the way Messalanta killed my training healer. With me powerless to even raise a hand or enter a single command.

What do you people thinks happens to a vampire/demon/evil qrace/class that doesn't make your lives a living hell? Especially one with a RP like Philantees?

I swear, if these are some thinly veiled "It's not classy to full loot" thread replies....

And if you're saying that he's complaining about them, he's not, he's talking about how undead/vamps DON'T have a corpse (which is another reason we're more likely to full loot....it's such a pain in the *** to watch some low level character walk away with your equipment...everything about not having a corpse makes you cranky) and that's ONE disadvantage to being one of the walking dead.

Sorry, man, wasn't complaining. Wasn't throwing pot shots at anyone, nor was I trying to be mean. I would also like to point out, that yes, I did play a Lich, his name was Zaulael, no, I never full looted, yes, everytime I died, I was full looted.

-Everytime-.

I know the feeling. ;)

You all heard it' date=' Mya hunts and kills naked liches, then full loots. D: [/quote']

Hey your LICH was not naked, just with a deficit in experience. :P

I always advice to pinnacle first instead of considering any PK related actions when you are at the 50's range.

Scorvale is SLAIN!!

You receive 33 experience points. ;)

Now Valadar, that is another case. That one died naked in Winter. :D

I would call it Payback for my naked ranking ninja.

My point exactly' date=' I was killed twice and twice I was almost full looted and the fights were quite one sided too. Not complaining or something, it just seems funny how a person who *always* full loots on a kill (even the easy one) complains about full loots.[/quote']

I dont think you people can tell the difference between complaining and continuing on a conversation. Someone raised the topic of always getting full looted and the ease of which undeads can get full sacced.

Doesn't bother me in the slightest, even though I have about a tenth of the time to play and in a time zone where I cannot get a group. I was full looted (pretty much) a couple of times by Masokant. A couple of days later I capped him, I got any EQ I had (Minus the face of adeptus) through PK's. Often, I started off with very little.

It really doesn't bother me. And I do loot a fair bit as Philantees. Its part of her profiteering, alot of other characters will also note that I sold alot of the gear on. There is a reason I've got millions of gold, haha.

Dunno where all the aggression stemmed from. CHILL OUT.

Philantees was fun from Koortu's perspective. Never asked for the rematch though, you. ;)

Haha,

I had ZERO save vs mal when we had our little bout, I quickly ran out of cure blinds.

In other news, I am almost moved into the new house, however, I am having troubles getting net access :( Most frustrating. I might get some wireless net in the interim and see how many dropouts I get, haha.

Most Vampires/Undeads do. They tend to gimp their mal saves, while concentrating on Aff saves (Hellstream/Wrath) and Mental (Dispels). And on Hit/Dam. Since they have little to fear from mals as most classes cast them at decreased spell level, and their racial bonus protect them from many undesirable effects.

Im my view this actually creates interesting opportunities for classes with Mal spells.

Shamans are a prime example with their Blindness. They can easily land this, and a Weaken Hex combo. Or the fabled Hex-Curse-Blind-Blind-Blind combo.

Still a Vampire will have the upper hand with Gyvels and a Racial Skill, that will turn the game in his favour.

Necromancers can also blind, but i trust that most Necros would be playing the AFF game with Acid blast, to maximize their Lag game strategy. Still Blindness can be an important factor in increasing the damage landing output of their Charmies.

Battlemages, can take advantage of the Slow spell. But with 1.5 rounds of cast lag they better have reinforced saves, for this will leave them exposed to flee-cast vampire tactics. Still, most vampires will find a way to grant themselves Haste, making this tactic at most a melee debuffing instead of a major tactic.

How do you curse an undead Mya?

Of course not. I just like to speak in a totally uniformed way about random subjects that i know nothing about about. :)

Today it was the subject of Shamans, their spell level and Vampires.

Tomorrow will probably be about Communers in general, like Thieves and Bards. Who many times give up their live while trying to apply the ways of Communism to the citizens of Aabahran.
