Check the signs in the Val Miran or Rheydin registry---you can only change hometowns at a registry.

And the higher you're level, the more you're going to pay. I'd have to say it's one of the more expensive things to do in this game.

if it were cheap. People would change hometowns regularly to avoid pit campers from locating them. I will say for the price at rank 50, you should be able to move anywhere. Not just racial and allignment specific localions.

I agree - the register should take your gold, change you then advise you that the people of that town don't want your kind - and change you back.

Not everyone is wanted in all towns.
