We even have 15 days experience period, in which we can break contracts, (after signing). "Good morning officer. I'm going to record our conversation on my mobile for my records. What can I do for you?" But on other hand, you cant tape conversation without the consent of the people involved. If you do not get it, it's void in court. I though this was the case where I live too but have recently come be believe you need to inform (as opposed to gain consent) to use it. Different laws in different places though. Also, you don't need to go to court to file a complaint with someone's boss. :-) Hearing your subordinate act like a total @$$ to someone doesn't exactly make you want to promote them....usually.
