Student- High School. Considering three career paths.

A) Computers, maybe even go for a masters. Become a hard core coder, go into coding maybe for internet security or something.

B) Writing- Go to college, try and become a writer. I love writing.

C) Go to school for Political Science, then go to Law School. Attempt to go into politics, but if I can't, I would have a law degree to fall back on.

Oi! I feel bad. Just got a job flippin burgers at McDonalds. Hey its a job and I havent had one for over four years. Gotta start somewhere and the job market is shiiiiiit in Oregon. Plus, the state is paying for college. Cant decide, Criminal Justice or some Business Accounting degree. Might do Criminal Justice cause I have almost an associates in that already.

Get out to middle America. Colorado is roaring right now.

And I'm a geotechnical engineer out here in the Metro Denver area.

I love my job, but it keeps me really busy and away from MUDding too much.

I am dying to get away from Oregon. Anyone able to get me a job, place to stay I would be quick to move as long as the pay was more than 7.00 an hour. Course I know my parents would slaughter me if I moved their grandkids away from them. But I dont want to be dependant on parents for rest of my life!

Student: Majoring in Fashion Design with a french minor. One to two years from graduation (hopefully).

Currently I "have" a job Victoria's Secret but I'm off the schedule due to avalibility issues. So I'm looking for a new job.

Planning on going into costume design or into the fashion industry as a career but first I'm planning on becoming an english teaching assistant in Japan for a year or two upon graduation.

Colorado is roaring?! Maybe in Denver, but try getting a job in Colorado Springs! My girlfriend JUST got a job at Country Buffet, and I just got a new job over at BK as a Shift Leader/Management. Not getting what I was hoping, but I'm getting more money then I was at Walmart as a Sales Associate down here (got terminated because it was a seasonal position, and they didn't want me anymore) and even then, it took me forever to just get a reply from BK. Desk jobs, can't get, they're all looking for women to do them.

The Country Buffet position my girlfriend got, was after I applied, and then she applied. I swear, people aren't looking for Waiters anymore, they HAVE to be WAITRESSES.

I've applied to almost every company here, and I have an ASC in Computer Progamming and working on a Masters in Comp Science. They just won't hire me. Bleh.
