Is there a way to code it so that doesnt work? pointless to run and hide when they can easily just find me that way... not to mention how easy it is for a certain cabal is get me out of camo when they find me that way ![]()
no a moan, just an idea

Take the tracker path, or release the bests if you need to hide.
meh i dont care if they walk in and see them.... but where ranger pet is cheap and boo
Typing 'nof' aught to solve your problem.
also solves the chasers problems of having to deal with my pets, what if I want to hide just a tick then assult again? I can not at full force because no pets. Necros get a way to hide their zombies like them. ![]()
You can nofollow then summon your beasts. That way no one can follow you while you have them.
And I kinda like the where because rangers are monsters.
I know about the no following me.. but they can still where and find me, just a small thing that bugs me.
like was said before take tracker or nofol, its a thing that you have to deal with.
It's there for a reason, I think.
Bascially.
There are other ways to make it so your pets can't be seen. Get a potion of pass door, close a door near where you want to fight, quaff it, and leave your pets there to be picked up at a later time. Get a pill that makes your whole group invisible. Or a possibility that no one has mentioned... run away.
If you don't choose the tracker path, its a weakness that you will have to endure...
That IS the point of one of that path's skills...
I, personally, like it. Even though I have played a few rangers...you don't want your pets to hurt you? Realse them. I don't really think someone would be as good at camouflaging with huge beasts following them that people recognize...
Yep. Tracker is geared toward covering up that weakness, so there is no way all that programming is going to go to waste because its an inconvenience. That's what tracker is all about. So, be a tracker, or deal with it.
It's also a bonus...want to slip away unnoticed? Hmm...I'll leave these here and go over there while camo'ed.
but how do you jsut leave pets? I make them sleep and they wake up when I move... hmmm ima try something.
hmm nope didnt work lol
Heh. I assume you're either archery or beastmaster. Both have their perks, and Tracker has their perks (camo'ing all pets). If you want to lose archery, I wouldn't mind it, but an Archer and camo'ing all pets its bad enough. Same with Beastmaster. They're beasts already.
I dont want COMOED PETS. I jsut want you to not be abel to "where" them.
I mean say you walk into an area, and im camoed in super scret spot.
where EDITED omg therer they are, let me trudge of there and use my and get them uncamoed and pwn them.
If they jsut walk in and like opp theres a pet "smack pet" rangers comes out assiting. or FIREBALL!!! or ICESTORM! or... or... CABAL SKILL!!! Thats fine, but being able to "where" myaswell not even be able to hide..
you understand where im going
The point they're making is still valid, if you don't want other players to be able to 'where' your pets, go with tracker path. Otherwise this is the drawback of keeping your beasts with you. And its only like 6 hours to call each one back if you do have to let them go, so its no big loss.
autoassist
You don't HAVE to join your pets when they are attacked. When he attacks them, walk away.
and thats 12 hours before I can attack full force again, 18 if I just called one. I dont know about you, but most my enimies can nearly heal to full in that time.
they dont have to attack my pets to get me out, I would say why but I cant due to rules.
