samag08
According to Men's Health , turkey bacon -can- be a healthier option but in 95% of the cases it is not, they tell you to just read the back of package. Regular bacon usually has only a handful of ingredients listed, while turkey bacon on the other hand usually has 10+. Most of the list usualy being nasty chemicals that have not been tested in humans for long term consumption. No thanks to engineered fake meat. McDonalds seems the healthier option, at least they do not claim it is healthy for you.

inscribed
So, fat and calories (proven bad) versus the unknown future? I, good sir, shall venture into the unknown. OF CRISPY TURKEY BACON! fat and calories are hardly bad for you. like most things, its just a matter of over-consumption of them that presents problems. you can eat just about anything as long as you have an adequate amount of exercise and activity in your life.
