Imoutgoodbye
they're giving my wife's grandfather a few hours to live' date=' if anyone has wondered why i've been more ornery lately than normal this is why [/quote'] *hugs* It's a tough thing. The only person I ever felt closer to than my wife and son were my grandparents. You're in my prayers.

Ali_gmud
Damn man' date=' life is never long enough :(When you grow up you have the feeling that the days pass like a blink of an eye.[/quote'] Amen, I feel it even more when I am working constantly, weeks just fly past like nothing. My childhood dog who is 16 years old is pretty much on his last legs, it's going to tear my soul apart when he goes. That will be the day where I'll run through a busy crowd of people with a chainsaw.

Croyvern
wait til your over the hill and picking up speed. We all heard "cats in the cradle", we all understood it, we all felt sorry, and we all fell prey. Amen. Sandbox, I know only one thing from all my years, and all those I have lost along the way, tis never for the fallen we greave, tis for ourselves, he would want you to be strong for your wife, this means let not such things affect you emotionally so that you can be her rock, her firm foundation when she breaks down. Best Wishes.
